Advantage Golf GPS Technology LLC Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and use the information, and help you make informed decisions when using the 15th Club application and website.
By using or accessing 15th Club, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
When you download and run 15th Club application or register or sign in within the application, Advantage Golf GPS Technology LLC collects information that may include your name, e-mail address, and more, as required to set up and maintain your account.
Also, 15th Club application routinely collects information required for its regular operation and diagnostics, such as location, scoring, course selections, device details, and more.
There is an option to import a contact from your mobile device into our app. When you do, we use the chosen contact’s information stored in your device such as name, image, email in order to create a golfer in your instance of the app.
AI Caddie interactions. If you use our AI Caddie feature, we collect and store transcripts of your interactions with it — the text of your spoken requests and the AI's responses — together with related metadata such as timestamps and in-app context. We do not retain the underlying voice recordings.
We use the information to operate the 15th Club application and website, for internal business operations and to respond to your support requests in a timely fashion. 15th Club DOES NOT share the personally identifiable information about you to anyone, unless we received your permission beforehand or when such disclosure is required by law.
AI Caddie improvement. We use transcripts of your AI Caddie conversations for internal analysis and to monitor, maintain, improve and develop the quality, accuracy and safety of the feature, and to troubleshoot problems. Where practicable, we review this data in aggregated or de-identified form.
Our app offers an optional AI Caddie feature that lets you ask questions by voice and receive golf-related guidance generated by artificial intelligence.
What we store. When you use the AI Caddie, we store transcripts of your conversations (the text of your requests and the AI's responses) and associated metadata. We do not keep the underlying voice recordings; your speech is converted to text only to generate a response.
Why we store it. We use this data for internal analysis and to improve and develop the feature, as described in Use of information. We do not use your AI Caddie conversations to train artificial-intelligence models.
Kept in-house. Your AI Caddie transcripts are processed and stored by 15th Club. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with third parties for their own purposes; we disclose them only where required by law.
Please don't share sensitive information. The AI Caddie is intended for golf-related guidance. Please do not include sensitive personal data (for example, health, financial or government-ID information) or other people's personal information in your requests.
AI-generated content. Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. See our Terms of Use.
Retention. We retain AI Caddie transcripts for 90 days, after which they are deleted or de-identified, unless we are required to keep them longer to comply with the law.
Your choices. You can request access to, or deletion of, your AI Caddie data at any time by contacting support@15club.golf.
Children. The AI Caddie is not directed to children under 13.
You can request to have the information removed at any time by sending an email to support@15club.golf.
We use Google Maps APIs and this privacy policy incorporates the Google Privacy Policy (currently http://www.google.com/privacy.html) as amended by Google from time to time.
Like most websites, 15th Club uses cookies to improve your experience and to provide services and advertising. Cookies help us keep a record of your preferences, provide general internal and customer analysis and assist in identifying possible fraudulent activities. You may configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. However Advantage Golf GPS Technology LLC makes no representations or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of these security measures. Advantage Golf GPS Technology LLC shall not be responsible for any damages that result from a lapse in compliance with this Privacy Policy because of a security breach, technical malfunction or similar problem.
Advantage Golf GPS Technology LLC may opt to expand its capabilities for obtaining information about users in the future. Advantage Golf GPS Technology LLC reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update this Privacy Policy agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted in the application or on the web site. Your continued use of 15th Club after Privacy Policy changes are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of our Privacy Policy and its modifications.
